How to find a niche market to sell and 5 examples

I have been selling on eBay for over 12 years and have tried many different products in my quest to become an internet millionaire, but let me tell you it is not always easy. There are thousands of people who make money from home with eBay and Amazon, but if you really want to make a lot of money from your ecommerce efforts then you need to learn how to pick a product that will give you good profits. This article will give examples of five great ways how anyone can find high profits niches for their online business.

I recommend that you use the eBay keyword tool to find out what people are searching for on eBay, then go through their listings and click onto the non-winning auctions that have low or no bids. You will then be able to see what they were selling for in their description sections, but make sure you note down all of the important details (price, condition, product title etc.)

The first thing that you need to consider is what kind of niche market would be suitable for your skill level or expertise, I wouldn’t recommend selling very technical or electronics items if this was not something that interests you. Also, think about how much money it would take to stock up on all of these items as you would have to buy them from a supplier anyway, so it is always good to start with a product that you, a friend or family member has a lot of experience with and likes using.

The first thing you have to do is find the perfect supplier for the product that you wish to sell, let’s say we are going to sell microfiber towels on eBay which will be shipped directly from China (where they are made) to your customers.
