Day 1:


Arrival at Sankri and get to rest at the homestay, meet the guides and others who will assist  on the trek, at Meraki Homestay. Get to explore and walk around the village of Sankri and get to spend a blissful evening. The cook will prepare dishes depending on the budget of the package as per instructions.


Day 2:


Juda- Ka- Talab – Kedarkantha Camp


Prepare for the first day of the trek. Walk for a couple of hundred meters towards the way to Taluka, the route to Kedarkantha gets a diversion to the  right near a stream flowing by. Then there is a steep climb from there. The trail passes  through the beautiful dense forests of oak, birch & deodar. The ears will be pleased by the sound of some minor streams flowing through  the rocks. It just takes about 3 hours to reach Juda ka Talab; may also rise up to 4 hours if the trail is snow. After spending some time at Juda ka Talab, we will start walking towards the Kedarkantha base camp. After walking for an hour roughly, we will reach Lower Kedarkantha and then eventually to the upper Kedarkantha from where the summit of the Kedarkantha is visible.
